[2011.1.4]关于酵母..中文

之前买的这个可以喝的酵母..。

纯纯买的是7日试饮..

今天是第3天

每天早上起床后

瓶子边上有标记的一回的量大概20ml倒入杯子

然后用6-7倍的常温水或者热开水稀释后饮用

[纯纯用的是热开水.暖暖的><。..」

稀释后的酵母没有那么浓厚很清新的感觉。..

真得很有效，而且不会肚子痛...

感觉把前一天的毒素都排出来皮肤都会变好好..(*^__^*) ..

Some time ago I bought this yeast which can be drunk.

The one JunJun bought is a 7 day sample package..

Today is the thrid day.

Everyday after I wake up in the morning,

I follow the instruction on the bottle and pour 20ml into a cup

and I put about 6 times of water to dilute it and drink it

[JunJun uses boiled water. warm .. ]

After the dilution , the yeast was not as thick as it was and it is refreshing..

It works really well, and would not lead me to a stomach ache

I feel like that it can help me to push the toxic and bad stuffs out of my body, and my skin turns good..(*^__^*)
